Perfectly made. I had one like this before. It really gives a nice definition to your package so the viewer don't see every part of you. Perfect for swimsuits and tight shorts. It even works well for jeans. I am not sure on how it is suppose to make you look bigger and that is not the purpose I bought it for. It just seems to make your package look well formed. It's very comfortable and doesn't shift in underwear or swimwear.
